Product Photoshoot
The product photography work involves managing and producing large volumes of images within short timeframes, similar in pace to e‑commerce but focused on high-value items such as antiques, artworks, jewelry, and luxury watches. On average, this includes handling around 800–1,000 items per month and producing up to 6,000 images. Each shoot is aligned with global company guidelines to ensure brand consistency, while also being adapted to meet the tastes and expectations of local Asian clients.
Beyond production, responsibilities include planning and building new studios to accommodate extensive photoshoot requirements within limited space. This involves designing efficient setups that maximize workflow and quality output. The role also covers hiring and collaborating with skilled photographers and video producers, ensuring that each project is staffed with qualified professionals. Multiple projects are often managed simultaneously, balancing structured planning with the flexibility to respond to ad hoc requests. Through this combination of studio development, team management, and production oversight, large sets of polished visuals are delivered on time to support marketing campaigns, social media presence, catalogues, and media outlets.
